Shuttering Plywood

Shuttering Grade Plywood from Unicorn is made out of select hard wood species and imported veneer of uniform quality. These veneers are dried and bonded with high quality phenol formaldehyde resin, under controlled temperature & pressure. Plywood is finally treated with fixed type water soluble chemical preservation under vacuum pressure to ensure absolute protection against termite borer, fungus & other organism.

Application:
Concrete shuttering work, boxes for concrete columns, beams, slabs, wall, tanks, bridge, silos, mezzanine floors, truck and bus body building, kitchen cabinet, cooling towers and other exteriors.

Film Faced Shuttering Plywood

High Density Wood which weighs more than 40% more than other Film Faced Plywood, giving it the edge over heavy duty construction and usage.

Marine Plywood

Unicorn Marine grade plywood is produced only from uniform quality veneer selected from wood spices. The veneers are bonded with phenol formaldehyde BWP grade resin under high temperature pressure. Our Plywood is also given a special treatment with water soluble fixed type preservative chemicals under vacuum pressure, to ensure protection against any attack by marine organism. The specific stress relieving treatment checks-warp properties of the plywood and make it dimensionally stable even in extreme wet & dry conditions throughout its life.
